By booking a birthday party at Adventure Alley, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Book your birthday party in person or at (530) 645-7227 today!​

• A non-refundable full payment ranging from $250-325 is required at the time of booking to secure your party slot.

• Parties are available only during the designated time slots:

• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (S-Thurs)

• 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Fri & Sat) 

• Party slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is shown at the time of booking.

• A $100 fee will be charged for each additional hour beyond the scheduled party time.

2. Party Guidelines

• The maximum guest limit of  20 guests includes both children and adults. Please confirm your guest count in advance.

• Socks are required for all children playing in the facility.

• Outside food and drinks are allowed, but all food must remain in the designated party area.

• No alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted on the premises.

•  Decorations may be brought in but must be removed at the end of the party. No confetti, glitter, or wall adhesives are allowed.

3. Facility Use & Clean-Up

• Your party includes private use of the designated party area during your booked time.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all guests follow Adventure Alley’s play rules to maintain a safe and fun environment.

• Party hosts are given 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the scheduled party time for setup and cleanup. Additional time beyond this may result in a fee.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Party bookings are non-refundable, but you may reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

• No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the payment.

5. Open Play During Parties

​

• Adventure Alley remains open to the public during birthday parties. However, there is a limit of five (5) non-party children allowed in the play area during your event.

• If more children arrive for open play, they will be placed on a waitlist and notified if space becomes available.

6. Liability Waiver

​

• All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in play activities.

• Adventure Alley is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
